1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shopframe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Shopframe is an AI-powered photo enhancement service designed specifically for paintings and artwork. We use artificial intelligence to enhance painting photographs, add elegant frames, and create gallery-ready images.

This service is intended exclusively for photographs of paintings and artwork. Use for other types of content is not supported and may result in account termination.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

Our Pro Plan costs £19.99 per month and includes 100 credits. Additional credits can be purchased separately.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes

Credits

• Each image enhancement costs 1 credit
• Monthly subscription credits refresh at the start of each billing period
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over
• Purchased credits (top-ups) do not expire

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. If image processing fails due to a technical error on our end, your credit will be automatically refunded. However, we do not offer refunds for:

• Subscription payments
• Credit pack purchases
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results
• Unused credits at the end of a billing period

By purchasing a subscription or credits, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

This service is exclusively for enhancing photographs of paintings and artwork. You agree to:

• Only upload photographs of paintings, artwork, or similar artistic creations
• Only upload images you own or have rights to use

You agree not to:

• Upload content other than paintings or artwork (e.g., product photos, portraits, landscapes)
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Upload malware or malicious content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the service.

Our Service

The Shopframe service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses artificial intelligence to enhance images. While we strive for high quality results:

• AI results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations
• You are responsible for reviewing enhanced images before use
• We are not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated modifications

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopframe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
